I want to take this time to say thank you so much for your genuine patience and hard work training me to negotiate short sales. I would recommend your training program to anyone getting started in this business or who would like to enhance his or her knowledge of the business. The training modules are wonderful. I am able to go back and review as needed, but not only that; you are always available for coaching between your busy schedules. The training has been put to the test; I have successfully negotiated a 1st and 2nd with different lenders. I was not expecting it to be so much work, but with all of your help (we) made it happen. Thank you so much for being there. Without the training and coaching, it would have been a difficult task.

I wanted to write and thank you personally for the excellent training program that you have provided on foreclosures and short sales. I have spent a lot of money on other real estate programs and not one of them has given me as much usable and up to date information as yours. I was not very knowledgeable about the Foreclosures or Short Sales until I bought your program. The information and training you provided gave me everything I needed to really make this happen. I have tried other real estate programs that sign you up and get your money and then, keep charging you for every additional piece of information they say you need to "really succeed in this business". Your program is comprehensive and complete from start to finish. There was nothing else I needed!
The training modules in the back office gave me information I have never seen or heard of before. They get into all of the specifics of what and why and how to do it, not just generalities. The weekly training calls are awesome in that you keep us up to date on current changes as they happen which no one else does and the Q and A at the end of each call is extremely helpful. This is exactly what we need in todays fast changing foreclosure business.
Your training deals with the real estate and foreclosure business as it is today, not as it was 10 or 20 years ago. So many of these programs out there are just old and outdated information put into a new package. After going through your program, I was able to immediately put into practice what I learned in the training and closed my first deal with a $12,100.00 profit!

I have been privileged enough to get to know Donna & Tom, and benefit from their training. I have been a real estate investor since 2001 & a Realtor since 2004.
