Our Newsletter is designed to help the novice to the seasoned investor understand and navigate through the world of short sales! Typically we send out a weekly letter but there are times we feel the need to send out pertinent, time sensitive or "breaking news" type emails in between. Our emails are content RICH! We try not to bore you with silly stories and cooky videos unless we feel it will FURTHER your knowledge about short sales. In fact, we have been told that our newsletter can be a little, well, overwhelming. I have to confess that I can talk and I do enjoy a good audience. That being said, you will NEVER want for short sale information again. Just stay tuned!
We DO have a core program that many investors have found invaluable to their success! I have to warn you first that we are a quirky group! We enjoy teaching only as much as YOU will enjoy learning. However, there is a client in need which sparked the short sale case to begin with and without them there would be no need for you or I. We work hard for the cause and want to make sure that when the client walks away they will never have to look over their shoulder again! Unless of course they were just involved in a recent hit and run. JOKING!! At any rate, the clients that come to you are in trouble and, most often, have suffered a severe financial hardship that could have involved a death in the family, divorce, family illness, loss of work, etc... These clients need someone they can trust. We have put the grunt work on our shoulders leaving you a clean shoulder to offer your clients. Our training and our services are geared around the client first and THEN the investor or real estate agents!

We have found GREAT success in working with people who truly care and will continue to stand by our founding promises. We are NOT afraid to turn away potential investor/members if we feel their values do not meet our criteria. We have done so MANY times in the past and feel that our business has been THAT MUCH MORE blessed because of it.
All seriousness aside, we are a fun bunch as well. We treat everyone like family and encourage our teams to network with eachother and swap resources.
